:: I don't think that the performance of "ad hoc tasks" is valid reason for a bot flag. We must know what the bot will do and the flag is given for a specific task or set of tasks (meaning that even if you have the flag, you still need approval to do something else). The test contributions seem to be interwiki fixing.
