Συζήτηση:Η Παλαιά Διαθήκη (Rahlfs)

This is the same choice of alternatives as the Rahlfs edition, and the text follows this book almost exactly except for a few minor details of punctuation. Also, the restored verses of Basileion Gamma (1 Kings) 14.1-20 are given by us with reconstructed diacritics and punctuation following the style of the rest of the text, rather than in the unaccented version given by Rahlfs.[4 Kings 14 1-20 is missing]

I am perfectly happy that you should publish this version anywhere. It was created by volunteers from an old BetaCode archive which was not subject to copyright; and I don't see that there can be any copyright on a bare text of the Septuagint, without the accompanying notes of (e.g.) Rahlfs. The very few Latin notes in the text are our own. Several people have already turned these files of the Septuagint and New Testament into PDF files and published them in various ways, using the original Vusillus font with our permission. ΕπεξεργασίαHancock's version is probably a clone of the online edition of the University of Pennsylvania.
